I was hoping you'd do the Optimal Push Stick! After a good bit of experimentation, like you, I've found that one is the absolute best. I've had a couple of them around the shop for a few years, and they're literally the only ones I use on the regular. (Unless I misplaced them, lol) Coffin Stick FTW!

You should have made that 17:29 “Mickey Mouse” board into a push stick and called it a mouse-ka tool. I used to watch Mickey Mouse w my kids and it looks like MM.

Have you thought about doing a layout sheet for the flip cart like you did for the planter to show the best way to do our cuts to minimize the waste, and maximize output to make the most of the material one has on hand. I hope this makes sense. I really like you videos and access to plan. Have you thought about building a drill driven drum sander

it would have been nice if you could connect the two ciclones to one bucket, instead of the small one having that plastic container, that it had a tube that went to the big bucket, i dont know if that would affect how it works though, and i would have done another test, when the clear container on the small one filled, i would stop and look at the vacuum container, it looked very full during the test, so its the same as when your vacuum filled up and blows dust all over, it ws full so it couldnt work and more dust got in to the vacuum

Ive been using my cyclone for about two weeks since filming this video, andddd let me tell ya; my test was setup for failure. During normal everyday use the big bucket collects 97% of the dust, I overloaded the cyclone when I sucked that much up that quickly 🤷‍♀️

I have made & sold plenty of stars, specifically for Dallas Cowboys fans. The angles are definitely 54º AND 36º. I've also accidentally made a star with 54º & 34º and let me tell you the star was completely off & catawampus since I was off by 2º, then multiply that over 5 corners. I realized my mistake once I went for a fit. Great video, nonetheless!

1-1/4" pin nails for the thicker material stools :) I still use the 3/4" for the initial bracing connection to the legs since its not as meaty

Best thirty bucks you will probably spend for awhile. I’ve had my banks pin nailer for almost two years. Amazon has cheap pin nails when you run out. Just make sure you look at how long of a pin nail the gun shoots. I ordered a variety pack and can’t shoot the longer ones so they’re basically useless. Lesson I learned the hard way

Eight 2x4x8's and two 2x6x8's, a good thick 4' dowel rod, 4 casters, plus the plywood for the flipping part. I'll have to add them to the plans; this was an early build before material lists popped into my noggin. I'll answer your size question next time I'm in the shop and can grab some measurements :)
